I discovered yoga as a way to help ease the symptoms of my physically demanding job working for the NHS.

Yoga improved my mental wellbeing
I found that a regular yoga practice helped my aches and pains but also improved my mental wellbeing.
I soon realised that I wanted to share this with other people and so began my teacher training with Yoga London.
Now my yoga practice is an essential part of my day.
